Are you keen to pursue a scientific sales career? A fantastic new opportunity for an office-based Sales Executive has arisen within a renowned life sciences organisation, in Oxfordshire. Being based in their offices, you will responsible for generating sales leads for their innovative range of next generation sequencing products and specialised genomics services. This is a great role for a candidate to develop their sales career!

As a Scientific Sales Executive, you will be the frontline contact for sales of genomic and next generation sequencing services; dealing with biopharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, as well as academic research groups across Europe. The Business Development Executive will be qualifying leads for the sales of their products and promoting their entire portfolio. Primarily you will be contacting existing and prospective clients to source out leads for sales opportunities and developing their brand throughout the industry. As a large proportion of the role will be developing client relations on the phone, you will have excellent communication skills and have a confident rapport on the telephone.

Ideally you will be experienced in telesales or customer service and be confident in making telephone calls to existing and potential clients. In addition to this you will have degree in biology or business related discipline. Further qualifications within either of these fields would put you at an advantage. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to get into scientific sales within an exciting organisation that is poised for growth!
