The role:
This is a role that will grow and develop with you. As a member of the senior leadership team, you will take responsibility for a broad remit of British and international healthcare clients who operate out of the London office. With the revenue for these clients coming in at just under £4million, this is a fast-paced and important position, particularly as you will be working with the likes of J&J. On a day-to-day basis, you will enhance client relationships, deciphering their needs and tapping into the extensive knowledge of the senior leaders and multidisciplinary capabilities within the agency to devise imaginative strategies and solutions. Focussed on driving agency growth with both existing and potential clients, no opportunity will pass you by, and your current industry knowledge will ensure the agency is always ahead of the game. Furthermore, the team-spirit you will foster with the agency’s New York-based Global Healthcare Leader will ensure the UK office continues to develop its full regional hub potential.

You’ll need:
• A knockout track record in healthcare and integrated marketing, with a passion for innovation within the sector.
• Show-stopping knowledge of direct marketing, advertising and digital marketing.
• Outstanding budgeting and financial management skills.
• The ability to generate financial growth, with a keen eye for developing business opportunities.
• Solid staff management and development skills. Your people are the cornerstone of happy client relationships.
• The confidence to manage multi-client service teams as you see a project through to completion. From strategy to implementation, you’ll excel every step of the way.
