Dermal has a great opportunity for candidates with a marketing background, or with pharmaceutical sales experience.

Dermal is a thriving, successful independent pharmaceutical company specialising in the research, development and marketing of topical formulations. Our expertise in Dermatology has led to the development of several leading prescription brands for the management of eczema and psoriasis. Recent launches have expanded our areas of expertise into Medical Devices and into self-selection.

With Dermal products, patient acceptability goes hand in hand with efficacy, making them popular treatments with doctors, nurses, pharmacists… and patients!

The successful candidate will join our small, friendly, industrious marketing team as an Assistant Product Manager.

The role carries the responsibility of assisting with the delivery of our promotional plan for a range of brands in the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement new in-house promotional campaigns to include design, copy writing, project management and agency liaison
• Monitor the marketplace and prepare in-market reports
• Work with internal and external teams to ensure alignment
Required Competencies/Skills for the Assistant Product Manager role:
It is essential that you have excellent verbal and written communication skills as you will be required to write and edit text for product literature to be read by healthcare professionals and to be used by our sales representatives.

You should also be able to demonstrate the following:-

• Excellent project management skills
• Creative ability
• Flexible ‘can-do’ attitude
• Self-accountability/motivation
• Teamwork, though also capable of working on your own projects
