Our client is quite unique. In the competitive sphere of healthcare communications, this agency operates a hugely successful model where ego has no place, and teamwork is valued above all else. And now, thanks to their current Client Services Director going on maternity leave, they have a temporary vacancy – expected to last for around seven months – starting from the week commencing Monday 23rd July. The role:
This is a role that you can sink your teeth into – and have a lot of fun in the process. Heading up the Client Services team, you will be at the forefront of a huge array of creative campaigns. From strategy to implementation, you will ensure the client is at the heart of every decision, maintaining client confidence at every turn. Leading by example, you will take responsibility for at least one key client, writing and executing their development plan – and sharing expertise with more junior members of the team in the process. Forging strong relationships between teams, you will promote a charismatic multidisciplinary approach to every project, encouraging all sectors to work together to produce the types of results that generate profits – and minimise losses. And while your current clients will be central to every working day, you will be quick to identify scope for new business including cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, converting initial contacts into solid partnerships. From resourcing planning to recruiting, this is a position in which you will be integral to the future success of a truly dynamic agency.

You’ll need:
• Oodles of charisma, with the gravitas required to inspire and guide your team and grow the business.
• Plenty of experience of growing accounts, managing P&L and winning new business and pitches.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills, with the imagination to come up with creative solutions to a broad array of dilemmas.
• The capacity to enhance the performance and the delivery of the team, with excellent people management and leadership
• Industry-leading knowledge of the sector, with a commitment to understand the ins and outs of your clients.
