The role:
Fancy taking on a huge challenge with a significant client? Then look no further! This ambitious (and well-established) agency is looking for an experienced Senior Planner or Senior Scientific Strategist to develop comprehensive strategic insights and recommendations for this important account. Their client is behind a stand-out new therapy in dermatology and immunology that deserves to be shouted about. As such, you will explore a new way of working with affiliates, using your clinical understanding to ensure a customer-focussed approach is developed and deployed. Maintaining an active knowledge of the disease state and wider environment, you will anticipate and explore how any developments will impact on your medical strategy – and be ready with innovative solutions and activities to make the most of the changing landscape. With the capacity to understand the client’s needs, you will have the tact and diplomacy to challenge them when relevant, building the types of partnerships that will ensure they remain ahead of their competitors.


You’ll need:
• Significant senior-level MedComms or MedEd experience in a strategic or planning role.
• A top-notch knowledge of the immunology therapy area landscape with a comprehensive medical background.
• Experience of working with industry giants – if your former clients were cutting-edge, all the better.
• A good grasp of how best to work with Global Medical Affairs teams. This will include KOL engagement, data dissemination
and education.
• The clout to work on a global or EMEA scale.
• Outstanding team-playing, partnership and relationship-making skills, with the ability to meet every single deadline.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills, with the oomph to create meaningful long-term plans and a no-nonsense
approach to risk management.
• The flexibility to occasionally undertake international travel.
