A leading medical education agency in West London is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their client services team to support the delivery of integrated communications on international and global accounts.

You will provide outstanding client service across assigned projects and interact with internal teams, suppliers and clients to ensure that high quality projects come in on time and budget. As well as building relationships with KOLs you will support new business and identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as key point of day-to-day contact for client within the agency for assigned accounts
  • Lead client meetings to discuss project planning, initiation, development, and finalization
  • Liaise closely with the client over all non-content issues (budgets, schedules, progress, etc)
  • Communicate schedule/budget/project changes to client
  • Review all client materials
  • Run regular meetings to update team, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all project roles and tasks are assigned
  • Develop briefs (writers, designers, project) as appropriate on assigned projects
  • Ensure that all members of the team are kept informed of any material change to projects in terms of specification, budget, and schedule
  • Coach direct reports to realize their potential

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Life Science Degree
  • Significant previous experience of account management gained within a healthcare agency environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Computer Literacy, proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Customer service focus
  • Financial acumen
  • Detail oriented
  • Project management and time management skills
  • Some travel will be required
