Job Ref:

My client a newly integrated marketing, media, and communications healthcare agency who has a brand new need for a Technology Manager.

The role is split across three areas: 30% technical production, 60% technical consulting (including managing 3rd party development teams) and 10% of time spent on upskilling and inspiring the wider agency around new innovations in digital communications.

The Technology Manager will work closely with internal teams and external partners & clients, as such we are looking for someone who wants to be part of helping our business grow and develop, who is ambitious to develop their skills beyond the technical side alone. It would also be very much preferable for the person to be able to clearly show that they are interested in our sector.

In this role as Technology Manager, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle to deliver digital solutions for our clients.
- You will be responsible for the production, modification and maintenance of websites, web applications, and other systems that employ frontend and backend technologies.
- You will work closely with the UX and design teams to turn static designs into working browser-based pages
- You will advise and work in partnership with our project management team to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on-time and on-budget with the highest level of QC
- You will support and advise our client services team by ensuring that both client and agency teams are clear on technical requirements and needs and will liaise directly with client IT / Multichannel teams.

Required Skills & Experience:
• Minimum of three years development experience and preferably most recently employed as a Senior Developer
• Ability to develop clean, semantic code that works across all browsers and devices

Healthcare experience would be a bonus but not a must – as long as you can understand and appreciate the regulatory constraints within healthcare. Agency experience is also preferred
