My client a newly integrated marketing, media, and communications healthcare agency who has a brand new need for a Design Manager.
You will be responsible for the management of the creative output of their design services.
Ensuring the highest standard of design creation, refinement and delivery,enforcing quality control measures throughout the process.
You will provide original, creative multi-channel design solutions yourself and via your team. You will be responsible to ensure all ideas will be relevant, appropriate and engaging.
You and your team will be expected to generate designs solutions for a broad range of channels, including: websites, iPads Powerpoint presentations, printed posters, conference graphics, illustrated books, animations, motion graphics for film, branding/brand books, logos etc.
You will also be expected to support and work collaboratively with the Account Team, Project managers, Art Directors, Writers and Artworkers.

You should have:
Relevant Degree in applied Design or Advertising.
5 years experience working within an agency environment.
You must have knowledge of both print and digital development and production.
You must have people management experience and be familiar with critiquing/discussing work.

Proven experience and proficiency in the following programs for both print and digital application:
• Adobe Creative Cloud: Primarily InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat
• Microsoft: Primarily Word, Powerpoint.
• ‘Sketch’ and/or alternative wire-framing applications useful.

You would also be able to brief others on these applications:
Adobe Cloud: After Effects, Priemiere Pro, 3D packages

Healthcare experience would be a bonus but not a must – as long as you can understand and appreciate the regulatory constraints within healthcare. Agency experience is also preferred
