Are you an established Digital Project Manager (DPM) looking for the challenge to work within a growing independent healthcare agency?

The DPM will have day-to-day responsibility for the smooth and effective delivery of digital projects, with a focus on consistent exceptional delivery. Their duties will include scoping, planning and supervising multiple projects that involve digital production. These projects will be completed through collaboration with Account and Creative team members, as well as external 3rd party suppliers. The DPM will coordinate the delivery of digital projects on time and within budget and to a high standard.

The DPM must have demonstrated knowledge and experience of digital project management in order to coordinate intricate and multifaceted digital/technical projects. They will need to possess excellent communication and organisational skills to collaborate with the various internal and external stakeholders (including clients).

Key Responsibilities
• To lead digital project management within the agency and continuously improve approaches to the delivery of digital/technical projects
• Be the focus of capabilities on digital project delivery for the internal team and potentially to clients
• To define and document technical requirements, provide costing estimates, timelines and schedules for new digital projects
• Monitor ongoing project progress and update the Account Team
• Drive collaboration within the agency team and extended project team
• Ensure the appropriate use of agency tools/systems and face-to-face communication
• Liaise with client IT colleagues as required
• Oversight of digital project budgets and expenditure – flagging changes to Account Team
• Recommend appropriate action regarding project challenges/scope change etc.
• Oversight of Quality Control (QC) and implementation of processes to validate release for client review
• Manage new releases and updates of digital projects to App Stores, Google Play, Veeva CLM, websites etc.
• Provide on-site digital support at conferences and be the liaison clients and suppliers
• Create regular reports of analytics for clients


Required knowledge, skills and abilities
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Significant experience with digital project management
• Knowledge of and experience of digital applications, websites and other technologies relevant to the digital communications in healthcare
• Experience of budgeting and scheduling of digital work
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects to deadlines and budgets

Critical relationships
The Digital Project Manager will report into the Head of Professional Communications. They will be expected to work closely with all members of the Account and Creative Teams.

Minimum required education and experience.
• Experience of digital programmes from pharmaceutical industry/agency environment, preferably in an international capacity.
