An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Account Manager looking to soon make the move to be an Account Director to join a mid sized independent medical education specialist agency that are entering a new chapter in their ambitious growth plan. You will enter at a junior level to give you time and support to get to grips with the challenges of the new role.
As the new Junior Account Director, you will work on an interesting mix of digital and traditional medical education programmes with some big pharmaceutical clients. Digital experience is desired but not essential. Projects will be mostly global, so it would be good for you if you are looking to expand your experience in this area. Account strategy will play a large factor in your role, as well as the oversight of day to day running of the accounts and the team. Once settled in, you will offer support and guidance to junior staff and, as the business grows further this year, will be presented with opportunities of management, should you wish. There is also likely to be an amount of global travel involved in the job.
