Our client, a global full-service healthcare agency has a new position for a talented FREELANCE *Client Service/Project Manager* to join their award-winning team. This is a fixed term contract where you will be based in their London office.

Reporting to a Client Partner, this role will see you play a fundamental role in the delivery of brand success and agency profitability. Working with the Client Partners, you will support the strategic direction for their healthcare clients’ brands, proactively and regularly creating ideas that deliver on the client’s business objectives.

You will be eager to learn about their clients, industry and organisation and be experienced in healthcare brand communications, working as part of a team to deliver unique solutions to clients.

You will be passionate about the work and being a role model within the agency. You will have a proven record of successfully managing multi-channel projects under the direction of a client partner and managing small-scale projects on your own.

Experience:
• A science or speciality marketing degree
• 3+ year’s healthcare agency experience
• A thorough understanding of the healthcare market

Responsibilities include:
• Work with Operations Director to define a workflow and project milestones for all projects in scope of work
• Manage projects throughout the agency from kick off to delivery
• Set up, own and manage project timelines and resourcing
• Coordinate and run weekly status meetings
• Meeting coordination, creative reviews and sign-offs
• Take meeting notes, pull together minutes and distribute to wider team (agency and client)

• Knowledge of the ABPI/EFPI and the ability to apply them practically
