Our client is a dynamic pharmaceutical company with a network of global affiliates and more than 600 employees across Europe. As EU Programme Manager, you will have the opportunity to monitor designated commercial activities across a variety of business units, taking responsibility for the continuous improvement of projects across the EU, from inception to completion.

The EU Programme Manager responsibilities will include:
• Monitoring projects and providing support across various functions (such as Supply Chain and HR), within the EU and setting policy for their continuous improvement
• Tracking and reporting the status of all assigned projects to the SVP Corporate Project Management
• Ensuring the delivery of projects in-line with company processes, including project control, risk management, change management and project progress reporting
• Managing suppliers and project teams to deliver projects within the defined timeframe and budget
• Completing Project Impact Assessment as required to monitor implications for the wider business
• Partnering with the relevant EU countries to ensure that agreed corporate programme initiatives are aligned and prioritised, according to how imperative they are deemed

The ideal candidate will have/ be:
• A recognised project management qualification
• Extensive experience of commercial programme management within the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience of stakeholder management, with the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders
• Understanding of launch excellence, portfolio strategy, and resource management
• The ability build and maintain relationships
• Strong analytical skills
