Independent agency – Bedfordshire

Would you like to work for a growing dynamic a healthcare agency, our client has a new exciting position, you will be overseeing and leading the client services and strategy teams as well as developing new opportunities with clients. This role reports directly into the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead key client relationships
• Grow existing client accounts whilst managing and leading the client services and strategy teams.
• You will be able to lead pitches for new business
• Build a pipeline of future work whilst still maintaining the company’s existing client revenue target
• Be able to identify new strategic areas and opportunities for potential revenue with both the new and existing client base.

Key requirements:
• Extensive Healthcare experience
• Strong financial and budgetary skills
• Ability to manage and lead teams remotely
• A creative and innovative approach to work
