Our client is a global healthcare communications hub based in London. Working with some of the world’s best known
pharmaceutical companies,

Our client is keen to expand its client base and is looking to recruit a talented salesperson with knowledge of the healthcare
communications industry to grow business, primarily through increased pitch conversions.

Primary Function:

A new business hunter – tracking down opportunities, forging links via your network of contacts,
following up opportunities that come in

Building contacts, visiting leads, making credentials presentations and capitalising on opportunities to network
Improving pitch performance and conversion – working with internal pitch teams to make good pitches, unbeatable

Opening and closing pitch presentations

Working alongside a strong team of senior PR people with superb client handling and communications skills but limited hunting
capabilities

Evoke an entrepreneurial spirit – championing and embracing innovation in PR communications to motivate the team and
provide a competitive edge vs. other agencies

Being a trusted new business advisor to the team, steering internal pitch preparation, participating in new business pitches and
marketing presentations

We are looking for someone with the following skills:

Have an in-depth understanding of health and pharmaceutical global communications and a good understanding of the
environment in which we work

Be up-to-date with the evolving communications landscape and have a skills base to match it

Live to sell – superior selling techniques and a genuine love of sales. Experience selling across different sectors.

Have a clear point of view on relevant topical issues and social advances

Be driven by targets

Be self-motivated and well organised
