I am currently partnered with a specialist, niche organisation within the Patient Recruitment and Engagement industry. They operate globally and already have plethora of top level clients from the worlds of Pharma, CRO and Biotech. With hugely ambitious plans to grow over the next 2 years, this is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast paced, busy environment and play a key role in providing novel solutions to better identify, match, and engage patients for clinical trial participation.
In this position you will act as the technical expert in Patient Recruitment and Retention Planning process and provide strategic input to Business Development. You will be accountable for the development of Patient Recruitment and Retention tactics and strategies appropriate to the individual study needs and in align with sponsor requirements.
You will lead and manage patient recruitment vendor engagement and budget development and keep abreast of current trends within the patient recruitment and retention and to actively identify and engage new ideas and principles.
Offer assistance and mentoring to team members to create a supportive working environment, developing effective working relationships with the team to enable an atmosphere of motivation, creativity and innovation whilst providing opportunities for future grown and career development within the team and lead by example and set high standards that others will follow.
You will possess a Bachelor’s degree, or local equivalent, in a life-science, scientific discipline, medical and / or communication or business studies. A higher level degree is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years industry experience with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment planning in addition to a minimum of 2 years’ experience across a broad range of therapeutic areas as a manager and / or project manager, excellent communicator, both in written and spoken language, able to produce reports and project plans to a high standard in addition to being able to review the quality and content of reports produced by the Recruitment planning Team.
