SSR is working on an exciting new Senior Research Executive role within a global healthcare market research agency in West London.

Our client is an expert in ad-hoc market research, both qualitative and quantitative with particular expertise in brand development research, and is solely active in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Their business is really evolving now, last year was phenomenal and this year is heading the same way, so much so they paid double bonus’ last year and this year is going to be the same. They consider themselves a consultancy and one of the strongest in creative branding, innovation and digital. Their ideal candidate will connect quickly with clients and create innovative solutions delivering to global pharma clients and heading up a team.


Key Responsibilities:
• To manage multiple (2-3) international, qualitative projects from kick off to debrief
• Deliver client-ready material to the Project Leader with delegated responsibility for delivery of some materials directly to the client.
• Regularly liaise with the client from the briefing meeting stage to the debriefing and final report.
• Organise and attend client-viewed field-work with Project Leader and alone, and solving any client issues that arise with minimal assistance.
• Conduct occasional one-to-one or group interviews
• Prepare an analysis grid, conduct analysis and prepare for internal data discussion meetings (“brain bashes”)
• Write full presentation including draft conclusions and recommendations for delivery to the Project Leader at client-ready standard.
• This role will involve frequent international and domestic travel


Key Skills:

• Experience managing and delivering full service qualitative market research projects (from kick off to debrief) – preferable from a healthcare market research agency
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a pharmaceutical market research agency
• Strong knowledge of a variety of market research methodologies/ types of projects
• Excellent client handling skills including some interactions on their own, such as attending 2nd or 3rd central location fieldwork with clients on their own
• Multiple therapeutic experience is desirable
