The role:

Taking responsibility for client relations, you’ll be at the heart of this agency’s exciting mission. Strategically managing the brand, product and agency product team, you will drive the success of the business, helping them to identify business opportunities and to showcase the work of the team to generate more openings with existing and potential clients. In fact, the standard of the team’s work will all come down to you – ensuring everything that is produced is of the highest standards, you’ll encourage them to think creatively and to embrace new technologies and concepts to produce industry-leading work. Using your outstanding knowledge of trends and developments in your clients’ fields, you’ll provide a valuable contribution to the team’s creative work, and you will use your problem-solving skills to ensure client relationships are protected and nurtured. Supporting the development of your people, you will ensure their talents are identified and progressed, and you will ensure the agency’s overall goals and ambitions are being achieved. As a specialist healthcare advertising agency, you’ll share their passion for thinking outside the box to develop vibrant communications time and time again.

You’ll need:
• Good financial acumen, with the ability to ensure your clients are achieving value for money and that the agency is generating
a profit from this work.
• Experience in a healthcare advertising agency or in a comparable field such as medical education, digital healthcare or
healthcare public relations.
• A comprehensive understanding of the Oncology, Biologics and Rare Disease marketplace.
• Experience of growing brands using multichannel campaigns, with outstanding knowledge of which digital channels work in
pharmaceutical products. If you also have experience of launching brands, that would be beneficial.
• Good people management capabilities, with the vision to develop their skills.
• Fantastic client handling skills, with the ability to work with senior level stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
