The role:

Overseeing all aspects of your clients’ digital transformation, your understanding of new technologies will enhance their results and further establish this progressive agency’s reputation for creative solutions and world-class healthcare comms. Taking the lead on the digital consultancy and strategy services of this large team, you will therefore work directly with clients across Europe as you guide them on everything from web and online strategy to customer relationship and lifecycle management software. Sharing your expertise of key digital areas such as KPI tracking and social media, you will ensure your suggestions are being implemented correctly and that your solutions are generating maximum effect for your clients. With the team being split across two locations – Montpellier and Suresnes – you will split your time between the two, working on presentations in both English and French and developing the skills of your people to ensure they remain at the forefront of industry knowledge.

You’ll need:

• Extensive experience of digital communications. Your knowledge should include CLM/CRM, data-driven marketing, web and
online strategy and multi-channel marketing.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing or Digital.
• Good client-handling and team-work skills, with a willingness to work collaboratively with senior managers and agency
• The confidence to juggle a complex workload, with plenty of self-motivation and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent people management capabilities.
• A creative approach to developing the clients’ needs, with a good knowledge of current trends and developments that may be
applied to their projects.
• The ability to communicate fluently in French and English (verbal and written).
