The role:

Joining this full-service agency as a key member of their Leadership Team, you will work closely with the Managing Director and the Director of Scientific and Editorial Services to set strategic, operational and service standards, ensuring these are achievable and that your team is suitably developed to meet the agency’s high expectations. Taking responsibility for all elements of Client Service, your duties will range from forecasting and setting KPIs to using your commercial acumen to drive results for your customers and develop new business opportunities. Using your extensive knowledge of the MedEd and MedComms fields to manage projects from start to finish, you will take financial responsibility for all accounts, and ensure relationships between sister agencies are being nurtured so that this innovative network continues to thrive.

You’ll need:
• At least 10 years of experience in providing agency consultancy to the MedEd and MedComms sectors, in which you
provided strategic operational management and financial oversight.
• A life science degree. If you also have a post-graduate qualification, that would be even better.
• Good knowledge of the scientific and therapeutic industries, with a comprehensive understanding of international, national
and industry-specific compliance guidelines.
• The ability to apply your understanding of the pharmaceutical market, market research, drug development, regulatory and
payer environments to brand positioning, messaging and promotion.
• The ability to lead new business proposals and pitches, with the commercial acumen needed to identify opportunities.
• Fantastic writing and presentation capabilities, supported by the ability to use Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Comprehensive people management and leadership skills, with an enthusiasm for developing relationships within sister
