The role:

Working with existing and prospective clients across the pharmaceutical, medical device, medical technology, consumer, advocacy and health and wellbeing sectors, your creative concepts will shape what this dynamic collective is capable of. They have recently undergone an exciting period of transformation, and with a new management team in place, they are now hungry for more success – and it is here that they need you. With their capabilities spread across the UK and the US, you will help them achieve their ambition of securing at least two £1-2million accounts per year, while your imaginative foresight will ensure existing customers remain loyal to the organisation. Providing dynamic support to the leadership team, you will therefore work across the full remit of medical education, PR, global health affairs and brand promotion services, with your work touching on everything from web and print to animation and beyond. From creative insight to final production, you will prove instrumental to the future capabilities of this friendly and highly-skilled team.

You’ll need:
• The vision and ambition to help this agency achieve their ambitious goals.
• The ability to lead the in-house creative ideation and creative production team, developing the skills of your associates.
• Fantastic leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and motivate the team.
• A broad knowledge of everything from social media to print and video – with a good knowledge of developing trends and
technology in the industry.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the flexibility to work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation.
