The role:
With the overall aim of keeping your clients happy – and snaring a few new ones along the way – this is the type of role that demands attention. That’s because it’s so much more than a ‘client services’ role – it’s one in which you’ll juggle big brands with innovative strategies and knockout campaigns – all with the support of a team who are undoubtedly the best in the field. Leading the Client Services and Strategy collective, you will grow and develop existing accounts, while identifying the future potential within their brands. With an ear to the ground, you’ll use your industry knowledge to spot new opportunities too, charming future clients and confidently managing the team through pitching for – and winning – new business. Maintaining team confidence will be top of your remit too. Quite simply, this is an agency that is committed to the concept that a happy team are a productive team, and much of that work will start and end with you. Attracting and retaining the best talent, you will build and develop your people, seeing to it that their workloads are manageable, the quality of their work is impeccable and that the industry’s future leaders are flourishing under your guidance – giving your competitors something to feel truly jealous about.

You’ll need:
• The ability to make your team feel all warm and fuzzy about their roles – with the finely-tuned instincts to nail sensational
campaigns and client solutions.
• Strategic healthcare experience.
• Ninja-level skills in communication, team-work and client-handling.
• To be highly numerate. You’ll understand how to manage a budget, generate a profit and conjure up rolling forecasts that are
both ambitious and achievable.
• A passion for creative problem-solving. In fact, you won’t see anything as a problem – you’ll see a challenge.
• The ability to run a tight ship, with flawless project management and organisational capabilities.
