The Opportunity:

Our graduates will be utilising their knowledge the knowledge they have gained throughout their science degree in a commercial environment. The aim of the first year in your graduate programme is to get an overall understanding of how a medical communications agency works by rotating in various departments. In the second year, you will specialise in your chosen area and develop your in-depth knowledge and technical skills. What will you do:

● Contribute to the delivery of high-quality projects for major pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies’ medical education
programmes and initiatives
● Provide input and insight in to the medical content of all projects, providing writing assistance as well as the development of
multimedia materials
● Ensure that all outputs are scientifically accurate and provide the most salient and up-to-date information for our clients
● Assist in the development of schedules, budgets and all financial aspects of a project from inception to completion
● Research and assist in new business proposals
● Proactively assist with deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and in budget
● Learn and follow all agency and client-led procedures
● Gain an overall appreciation and insight of all departments and facets that successfully maintain the agency
● Other ad-hoc duties within your position as and when they arise

What we look for in a candidate:

● We look for recent science graduates, graduates who have specialised in medicine, pharmacology or biomedical sciences are preferred.
● Graduates who have either achieved a 2:1 or those who are on track to achieving a 2:1.
● We look for graduates who have a clear thirst for scientific knowledge.
