As an account manager you will work across a broad mix of clients in areas such as medical aesthetics, dermatology, oncology and broader corp comms projects. You will work closely with clients, and act as the day to day point of contact. A significant part of your role will involve implementing creative communication, proactively seeking new business and trends in healthcare to grow existing accounts together with line management responsibilities.


• Act as the day to day client contact and implement the communications strategy across accounts
• Produce, edit and handle: proposals, media, launches, and logistics for events relating to a client’s campaigns
• Guide and train junior members of the team by setting tasks, targets, and deadlines effectively and allocating work both upwards and downwards
• Proactively identify trends and opportunities with existing and potential clients within healthcare


• Experience working across ethical/RX healthcare communications in a communications agency or similar environment
• Skilled in word excel, PowerPoint, and industry research and planning tools eg. Lexus Nexus, Mintel, and Datamonitor
• Experience in new business proposals and pitches
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and management co-ordination skills
• Budget management, expense reconciliation
• Positive drive, determination, and originality
