About the role

We are looking for a visionary and inspirational Client Services Director to work alongside the General Manager to provide leadership to the client service department and instil a sense of purpose with a clear focus on business growth.

This person will be a self-starting dynamo ready to excite our existing clients and open the doors to new prospects on the strength of their own experience. The successful candidate will need to have significant experience in Rx as this will be the key focus of this role. 

In the Client Services Director role, you will be responsible for:

- Personally instilling a spirit of accountability in the client services team, to ensure that individual goals and objectives are met, in order to deliver overall results that contribute effectively to OCH.
- Supporting the General Manager to be accountable for the results and performance of OCH client services team to ensure the delivery of the financial forecast, meeting revenue and margin targets for the agency by partnering with the senior team and finance to ensure goals and milestones are communicated accordingly.
- Taking a strategic lead on the growth of OCH, supporting the GM and supported by the wider teams, to explore and leverage new lines of revenue for the group.
- Seeking and developing mutually beneficial relationships within the OCH network globally, WPP group and the wider healthcare industry.
