The role
Joining the Patient and Brand Communications division, you will lead a team of people who are frankly fantastic. Health Psychologists, Writers and the Account Management team – they’ll all turn to you for guidance and leadership as you establish the business as an expert in the patient space. Ensuring patient strategies are being maximised for a wealth of fascinating clients, you will be involved in everything from patient mapping and patient engagement consulting to devising patient support programmes. Basically, absolutely everything to do with understanding and connecting with patients on a global scale – so if you can think big, then you’ll be right at home. You’ll have a revenue target relating to patient engagement – but with plenty of organic growth opportunities in the business and a large number of referrals through recommendations, this will be a cinch to meet. You’ll have an eye on the future too, developing the team to help them achieve their full potential and identifying areas where the business could evolve. Let’s be blunt – if you love securing long-lasting connections and you’re commercially-minded, then there couldn’t be a more exciting opportunity to pursue.

You will:
• Love the patient sphere. Obviously. If you don’t, then don’t even think about this role….
• Have solid client-facing healthcare PR or Advertising experience.
• Fancy moving into a broader commercial agency management role.
• Know what it takes to inspire and guide a team – so you’ll have knockout communication and people management skills.
• Be business-focussed. A bit of an all-round guru, if you will. If there’s a gap in the market or an opportunity to exceed the
needs of clients, you’ll snap it up. And you’ll back this up with amazeballs financial and business acumen.
• Have the confidence to work with industry giants. From world-leading pharmaceutical companies to key media contacts, your
exceptional knowledge and reputation will ensure all eyes and ears are on you.
