The role:
Helping clients future-proof their businesses. Building brands. Reaching and creatively engaging with customers – and challenging clients to embrace ideas that make them feel a bit uncomfortable. The whole remit will fall into your lap when you’re defining the agency’s multi-channel integrated engagement strategy and inspiring the team on the potential that exists within such wizardry. Ensuring brand, digital, social, CRM, medical, and analytics are combined with a strategic approach, you will identify which skills, resources, platforms and partnerships you need to truly wow your designated brands. Reporting directly to the Head of IS, you’ll be at the helm of shaping how the clients do things differently, using your knowledge of market research methodologies to push their innovation and evolution. And as a member of the senior leadership team, you’ll be central to shaping the capabilities and processes within the agency too – so if that means encouraging your colleagues to be disruptive and think differently, then go right ahead!

You will:
• Be a change agent. Yes, a change agent! With experience of connecting brand, digital, social, content, channel and CRM
strategies into one coherent approach.
• Be a bit of an all-rounder with an agency background, and commercial B2B and B2C experience in the pharma, health or
wellness space. Oh, and you’ll also have developed new capabilities and processes. Like we said, you’ll be an ALL-
ROUNDER people.
• Be passionate about transforming brands into integrated businesses.
• Love creating and telling stories – so you’ll need to be a whizz at listening and interpreting complex insights and information
too.
• Be a communications guru – verbal and written. Which will also come in handy when you’re mentoring and managing the
team.
• Love a bit of hobnobbing with senior stakeholder and clients.
• Ideally know the tools of the trade. Things that would make the agency weep with joy would be Google Analytics or Omniture,
social listening and management tools, CRM tools such as Hubspot, Mailchimp or Salesforce and InVision, plus SKETCH or
any other UX visualisation tools.
