Experienced Marketing Manager needed with marcomms experience and digital awareness. Someone who understands marketing to a target audience much wider than the membership base.
Ideally the Marketing Manager will have digital awareness bring ideas to the business on and how to make this area more effective. Looking at how to tap into their audience to improve digital marketing.

You will be joining a charity/ society for medical professionals who run events, training courses and relevant journals.
They are open to background and like the idea of someone coming from a commercial background. Agency, devices, science or pharma within a marcomms role would be ideal.

Main tasks:
· Segmenting database.
· Sending out targeted marketing messages
· Course follow up / gaining course feedback
· General marketing activities for the annual general meeting they run
This is a standalone role reporting to the (Executive Director) and joining a small , close knit team.
There will be some European travel to events.
Ideally a full time role, but flexible working / part time (4 days a week pro rata) could be an option. Ideally in office full time at first and then mix of home/ office work considered.
Walking distance from Central Windsor. Parking only available onside when training courses are not being run. Plenty of local parking. Near the train station.
