The role:
About as modern as you could possibly get, you will be leading a team spread across various German locations – a virtual team structure if you will – as you take them to giddy new heights. Specifically, you will fatten-up their portfolio in the German region, growing the business across multiple markets and exploring new avenues that could generate revenue – so you’ll need to be a visionary with a cutting-edge understanding of what’s big news in the industry. Ensuring new products and services are being upsold to existing clients, you will see to it that they feel loved and appreciated every single day, and you’ll make sure that prospective clients are keen to get in on the act too. You’ll also establish the wider agency as thought leaders – so you’ll set company standards by publishing and speaking at least once a quarter. And crucially, you’ll be at helm of overseeing a fantastic team, encouraging them to collaborate on a global scale and ensuring that they have the talent and brand-portfolio expertise to knock the socks off all other agencies time and time again.


You will:
• Need to know what Momentum Methodology is – and how to deploy it from Insights/Data & Analytics, Planning, Creative,
Content, Social, Digital across the sector communications spectrum.
• Be well-loved within the health sector, with a good track record of winning business and charming the heck out of key
contacts.
• Be an all-round nice person (in order to achieve the above points) with the gravitas to lead, inspire and motivate colleagues
and clients alike.
• Have good business management experience, with a knockout understanding of the future of integrated communications.
• Be active on social platforms, with the know-how on how to swing these to your benefit.
• Lead from the front – with a ‘show ‘em what you’re made of’ type attitude.
• Must be a fluent German speaker, open to re-locators.
