The role:
This position rolls three key elements into one role – which can only be a good thing as you’ll never be bored! First up, you’ll be a project management lead – the super-organised guru who ensures the team are delivering what they’ve promised. From managing resources and identifying risk to coordinating actions to form a thoroughly well-oiled machine, you’ll be on it. You superstar. Secondly, you’ll be a client success advocate – yes really! Which roughly translates to the fact that you’ll share your knowledge of the company’s capabilities with the clients to ensure they’re excelling at all times. Meeting the clients’ business needs with education and consultation, you’ll open their eyes to the best in-house technology and methodologies, and the wealth of opportunity available to them within their contracts. And lastly, you’ll be an organic business developer – which is a refined way of saying you’ll be superstar farmer. Like a dog with a bone, only with more finesse. So to recap, you’ll be an organiser, an educator, an entrepreneur and a charmer. Now that’s a tempting prospect…


You will:
• Have at least eight years of client service management experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare agency world. Which
means you’ll know how to manage the trickiest of situations and keep everyone happy.
• Have some understanding of SaaS– so you’ll be keen to learn the tech side of the industry inside-out.
• Have knockout communication skills – particularly as you’ll have oodles of experience of hosting webcasts and webinars with
large audiences. You’ll need to be able to think at breakneck speed as conversations evolve.
• Be able to command the room – whether in a webinar scenario (see above), during a presentation, or while networking with
potential business contacts. Which takes us swiftly to the next point…
• Love winning new business including client renewals, upsells and expansion – so you’ll be open to travelling for about 30% of
your time too.
• Have good project management expertise.
• Be able to leverage CRM and other software tools to manage clients and meet their needs.
• Be a brainbox, with a BA/BSc degree.
