Programme Manager

A full service healthcare communications group is looking for a programme manager to provide strategic alignment and operational efficiencies for key accounts across medcomms, PR and advertising.

This is a 12 month contract position to start ASAP. The successful account director must have medcomms/healthcare communications agency experience and be able to manage projects and programmes across Europe and across the different disciplines (PR, medcomms and advertising).

The Programme Manager’s Job:-
• Supporting the commercial lead, delivering a pan-European launch for a biotech and all the day to day elements of project.
• Assessing, optimising and documenting processes within the agency’s integrated team and outwardly with steering groups, regions, etc.

• Have at least 5 years’ experience of medical communications account/project management; this could be publication planning, events, exhibitions, advisory boards etc.
• Have led significant and complex programmes of work for healthcare organisations.
• Have worked in a matrix organisation and are familiar with methodologies such as waterfall, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, etc.
