What are we looking for?

We are seeking a full time Midweight Brand Planner to support our Frontera London team. In this position, you must act as the voice of the patient in the creative process, ensuring our programme efforts reach target professionals and patients in the right way, with the right message. Utilising your knowledge of patient & HCP attitudes / behaviour / research / trends to write creative briefs and evaluate work is necessary.

How you’ll save the world:

·Develop compelling insights around patients, professionals, disease, brand.
·Harness insights and data to develop sound intervention strategies and inspiring briefs.
·Support in the development and implementation of qualitative and quantitative research initiatives.
·Create compelling presentations to help the team convey strategy and creative recommendations.
·Understand communications planning and the role distinct channels can play in bringing a programme or campaign to life across multiple stages of a customer or patient journey.
·Work with partners across disciplines/agencies to develop integrated/cross-channel programmes.
·Provide inspiration and on-going support during the creative development process.

Your super powers:

·Current pulse on the digital thinking, platforms, tools, and trends that are reshaping health & healthcare attitudes and behaviours.
·Ensures work is always relevant and resonant.
·Act as the voice of the patient by bringing data into creative strategy and activity or programme development.
·Assist with identifying digital innovation applications and sharing them with internal teams and clients.
·Understands how to use data and analysis to drive decisions for the client’s business.
·Comfortable analysing qualitative and quantitative research.
·A true collaborator - thrives on the sharing of ideas and hypothesis to get to interesting.

Background:

·Minimum degree educated (2:1 or above).
·2+years agency experienced Account Planner or Brand Strategist with a proven track record of delivering brand planning and strategy.
·A self-starter - must be able to initiate thinking when need dictates not wait for instruction.
·Organised and detail-oriented - (must demonstrate attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks/projects).
·Positive professional who takes ownership of tasks and who seeks and accepts other responsibilities.
·Digital campaign experience is required, targeting both patient and professional audiences.
·Medical/Healthcare agency experience essential
