The role:
You’ll be at the heart of the action for a global healthcare client – an absolute humdinger whopper of an organisation – so you can expect plenty of variety in this career-catapulting role. Operating at a Lead Global Brand Marketing level, you’ll lead and guide a team of seriously talented Planners, Strategists, and all-round experts, keeping them working towards the same goals and achieving the type of results that will ensure those awards keeping marching through the door. And with the support of that marvellous team, you’ll be at the helm of developing end-to-end projects that support the launch of global pharmaceutical products. Now let’s not forget that this client is huge on a monumental scale, so you’ll be working on multiple brands at the same time, analysing briefs, delivering strategic insights, and developing workshops and analytics that are always brilliant. Shaping the relevant propriety tools and processes to ensure the agency are at the forefront of planning (they’ll provide you with extra training if you need it), you’ll be a trusted advisor to the client every step of the way.

You will:
• Be an industry heavyweight, with at least 10 years of experience of delivering brilliant planning solutions for the best
marketing communications agencies.
• Have solid experience of planning for health RX (Ethical) brands.
• Be well-loved by past clients and colleagues – with case histories and testimonials of your successes dripping from your
• Have experience of working for a multi-national company, with a background in international and multi-market work.
• Be a God/Goddess. In other words, you’ll be a brilliant and inspirational leader with tip-top communication skills and the
confidence to wow your clients.
• Know how to work a pitch to your advantage, seal the deal and bring home the goodies.
• Have good creative awareness across all mediums, with an ear to the ground for the latest technologies.
• Be smart. A degree would be nice, but it isn’t essential as long as you’re an articulate, passionate, inspirational soul.
• Possibly have an understanding of prescription brand (rx) planning (though it isn’t the end of the world if you don’t).
