Our client, a multi award winning medical communications agency is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in their London office.

You will provide support to project teams to successfully deliver client requirements on time, to budget and to brief, ensuring compliance with clients’ policies and good practice procedures. For assigned accounts, you will act as the main point of contact regarding project status and updates, project planning and delivery.

- Provide project management to the team throughout the project life cycle ensuring the smooth operation of the account and project deliverables
- Develop detailed documentation relating to projects and project plans reflecting current timelines and milestones, including budgeting and cost proposals
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to successfully deliver projects
- Manage the account financials, including tracking, processing and reconciliation, flagging any issues to the team
- Support and guide junior members of the team, providing training and mentoring

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Life science degree
- Demonstrable experience in a project management role gained within a medical communications agency
- Problem solver, with the ability to anticipate problems and find solutions
- Organised and efficient, able to reprioritize work as needed by clients and team members
- Good communicator, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Project management qualification (e.g. Prince2 or equivalent) desirable
