Job details:
We have exciting opportunities for ambitious people, ideally with healthcare sector experience, to join our growing team.
Our opportunities spread across all levels from Account Executive to Practice Director to work on patient advocacy, PR/communications, social media, policy and public affairs, and media planning and buying for healthcare professionals, patient audiences and B2B communication.

You will work within your specialism (comms, public affairs or paid media) but across integrated accounts for global and UK-based clients in pharmaceuticals, med tech and not-for-profit healthcare organisations. The roles are ideal for candidates with an interest in life sciences, an eye for detail, a love of planning and a flair for writing, research and influencing. An interest in the healthcare policy environment and multichannel/digital marketing is key as well as a desire to work with stakeholders directly.
We aim to help our staff grow and advance within the company; offering a good salary, excellent promotion prospects, as well as a fun and supportive working environment.

If you are driven and ambitious, you will find Four a great place to work and develop.

The personal qualities we are looking for are those you would expect from a healthcare agency: clear thinking and scientific analysis, great with words, a passion for engaging with a range of audiences, bags of initiative and good interpersonal skills. So what would make you stand out to us?
• A close involvement in a healthcare campaign and understanding of how the NHS works
• Demonstrable knowledge of how to communicate complex concepts in an engaging way to a range of audiences
• Creative thinking and an ability to generate fresh ideas
• Project management of a major project or multiple smaller projects
